Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through https://www.dermitecture.com/ cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through https://www.dermitecture.com/

Damaged Goods

We cease responsibility to any damage that may be incurred after the products have been picked up from our warehouse.

Missing Products

You can either ask for a refund or a replacement to be sent.

If you have received a wrong product/products you can keep it at 50% of its original cost. If not, then we will have it couriered back to us.

Note that refunds/ replacement may take a minimum of a week.
