Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through

Damaged Goods

We cease responsibility to any damage that may be incurred after the products have been picked up from our warehouse.

Missing Products

You can either ask for a refund or a replacement to be sent.

If you have received a wrong product/products you can keep it at 50% of its original cost. If not, then we will have it couriered back to us.

Note that refunds/ replacement may take a minimum of a week.
